Winter Apple Whisky

Winter Apple Whisky

  • 3 oz Wiggle Whisky (or your favorite)
  • 1.5 oz Maple Liquor
  • .5 oz Salted caramel maple syrup
  • Dash of mole bitters


Mix and enjoy!

  • 20 ml Old Smokey Apple Pie Moonshine
  • 15 ml Bushmills Blackbush whisky
  • 1 tsp Salted caramel maple syrup
  • Dash of mole bitters
  • Splash of Seltzer


Place everything but the seltzer in a shaker with ice, shake well.  Pour into Martini glass and top off with seltzer.

  • 8 oz Belvoir Ginger Beer
  • 3 oz pear vodka
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice


Mix and enjoy!

Winter moonshine and corn

First Winter Storm

  • 30ml Oola Vodka
  • 30ml POM Pomegranate and Blueberry juice
  • 10ml Buckey Distillery Blackberry liquor
  • dash of apple cinnamon bitters
  • Elderflower Tonic


Add vodka, POM and liquor to a shaker with ice and mix well.  Top with tonic and bitters and serve over ice.

  • 50ml Ole Smokey Apple Pie Moonshine
  • 15ml Mellow Corn Whisky
  • 25ml Fentimans Mandarin and Seville Orange Jigger


Mix and serve over ice!  Garnish with a cinnmon stick for a classy look!

New Year Gin

  • 50ml Aviation Gin
  • 20ml Blackberry Liquor
  • 15ml Elderflower Syrup
  • Squeeze of lime
  • dash of peychauds bitters
  • 1 egg white
  • dash of heavy cream


Add everthing to a shaker and shake well!

English Pom

  • 30ml Edinburgh Pomegranate Gin
  • 10ml Edinburgh Cannonball Gin
  • Elderflower tonic to taste
  • 30ml proseco
  • ice


Mix the gins then add the tonic and proseco and top with ice!

  • 1/2 can of Schweppes Peach Ginger Ale
  • 2oz Vodka of choice
  • 1 small pump of Torani White Peach syrup
  • ice
